We have been very busy making people happy sending their aebleskiver pans to them. This new electric heated pan is going to be a tremendous hit I can see, according to the amount of orders we have received. It will start a whole new trend in making aebleskiver. You can place the pan right on your dining table and each one can make their own. We will be coming out soon with a new video, showing how you can make them right on the table in front of you. The pans have eight holes for faster production. The pans are coated with is a new more durable non-stick finish. I suppose I should say: Guten Morgen! I used to live in Solvang! Way back n the 80's when I was in High School. My best friend at the time was Sandra Petersen. Dausghter of Shirley and Arne Petersen. I think you may know both of them.. (although Arne Petersen passed away in 98 or 99). I know I was in your store A LOT when I was a teenager, as I had friends that worked for you. I worked at Rocky Mountain Choc.! I currently live in OK with my husband and 3 children. A number of years ago I brought my family home to vacation and expeirince Danish Days. We had so much fun! That day, we all ate POUNDS of aebleskiver! My husbands' bday is approaching, and he asked for a pan and mix! (It's the 1st we are able to celebrate together in many years, as he is in the Army and has been deployed to Iraq and Korea for long periods of tme.. It always seems that we miss Bdays and X-mas!) We are able to celebrate his bday with him this year, and after all this time... this is what he wants! So, i came on line today to search, you are who I found! Imagine my pleasure to see my beloved Solvang and your store! Anyway, I wanted to share this information and my fond fond memories of my years in Solvang with you while I was doing my shopping.
